Toymaker Session: Craft a Wooden Aeroplane

Join our popular Make a Wooden Aeroplane workshop for kids! In this 2-hour session, young aviators learn woodworking basics, from symmetry to precise cuts and hole drilling. Guided by experts, they'll use tools like pull saws and hand drills, gaining valuable skills. Limited to 8 children for personalized attention. Prior experience is recommended, but beginners can try our 1-hour projects. 

Elevate your skills with TOYMAKER! 

AGE LIMIT: 7-12 DURATION: Approx. 2 hours. 

CLASS SIZE: Limited to 8 Children. 

SKILLS COVERED: Measuring, Crafting Symmetrical Objects, Clamping, Sawing, Drilling, Joinery, Surface Finishing. 

TOOLS & MATERIALS USED: Untreated Pine Wood, Pull Saw, Sawing Guide, Clamps, Center Finder, Awl, Carpenter's Pencil, Hand Drill, Hammer, Screwdrivers, Hardware, Wood Glue, Sanding Blocks, and Various Grits of Sanding Paper. 

ATTENDANCE: Please arrive 15 minutes early for important instructions from the Instructor. 

SAFETY REQUIREMENT: Wear closed-toe shoes for safety. Children without them cannot participate. 

ACCOMPANYING PARENT: 1 parent is welcome to stay but should not take part in the activities.
