Vision

The Wairarapa Cultural Trust celebrates the unique natural, cultural and artistic heritage of the Wairarapa in a dynamic environment which will make use of all possible resources and creating partnerships to tell the stories of who we are, where we came from and where we might go.

Objectives

The Trust will develop and present a varied and high-quality series of programmes which will cater for the needs of the local community

  • 1. Educate, challenge, surprise and delight both residents of the Wairarapa and visitors to the region.

  • 2. Achieve recognition and status within the museum, artistic and critical professions.

  • 3. Develop and present a range of exhibitions that are local, regional, national and international in their focus.
